Beginning this September, you will join a dynamic network of passionate educators committed to real and lasting change. Guided by mentors Angela Hanlin, Jacalyn Weissenburger, and Jeanne Schopf, Wednesday Wisdom offers a one-hour virtual mentorship session on the first Wednesday of each month through April. Each session will equip you with practical strategies in leadership, systems, structures, evidence-based practices, and coaching. Most importantly, you’ll be connected to a supportive community of leaders dedicated to strengthening literacy outcomes for all students, K–12.
Join us for a powerful discussion of what literacy looks like in the secondary classroom, facilitated by Jody Kammer. This session will challenge common misconceptions about struggling readers, examine the science of reading, and highlight what effective intervention looks like for adolescents. The event offers evidence-based insights, practical strategies, and an open discussion to equip educators with tools to transform secondary literacy instruction.
